Reorganisation in management to strengthen market focus

Nordic Leisure, further "NLAB" or "the Group", announces that;

Miko Salo has been recruited as new CCO, Chief Commercial Officer, with responsibilities for the Groups business area iGaming. Miko comes from a position as Director of Acquisition and Retention at Gaming Innovation Group, and has prior to that worked at Mr. Green as Head of Commercial and Head of Growth.

Adam Jonsson has officially been appointed as Head of Investor Relations. Adam is already with the group holding the position Group controller.

Sami Koponen is joining NLAB as Head of Media operations. Sami was most recent at Mr. Green where he was regional manager and before that acting head of SEO.

Jevgenij Bogdanov returns to NLAB in the position as Head of Betting. Jevgenij has earlier worked at NLAB in the same position, but during the recent years he has been at Lucky Labs, a large iGaming operator and developer based in Ukraine.

As earlier announced;

George Ustinov has been appointed as the Group CFO, Chief Financial Officer, with the responsibilities of finance and accounting for the Group. George has been CFO for Lifland Gaming Group, a subsidiary group to NLAB which includes all iGaming entities.
